Do I need a permit?
A portable toilet on your own driveway or lot needs no permit. On a public street or sidewalk, the City of Colfax requires a right-of-way permit, and a few neighborhoods have their own rules. Tell us where it is going and we will point you to the right office.
Our drivers set boards under every portable toilet to protect your driveway.
