Yes. Our trucks can only haul so much weight legally, so concrete and dirt go in our 20 yard concrete box, loaded up to 8 tons. Homeowner flat rates include the tonnage listed. Contractor accounts are billed per haul plus the tons on the scale ticket, with no fuel or environmental fees.
