A-1 Service Group, a family-owned waste and site services company serving the Piedmont Triad since 1979, is moving its dumpster and portable toilet customer accounts to TrashLab. TrashLab is an all-in-one system for waste haulers that brings customer accounts, dispatch, billing, calls and texts together in one place.
Starting January 1, 2027, A-1 customers will be able to:
- Pay their bill online, any time
- See their invoices, payment history and account details in one place
- Get text updates about deliveries, pickups and service
- Order dumpsters and portable toilets online
“Our customers have been asking for an easier way to pay and keep track of their accounts, and this gives them that,” said Ronnie Petty, President of A-1 Service Group. “It also gives our office and drivers better tools as we keep growing across the Triad.”
Customers don’t need to do anything right now. Before January 1, A-1 will send each customer instructions for setting up their online account. Until then, customers can keep calling dispatch at (336) 736-2224 or the office at (336) 855-8195 like they do today.
